1. General Information
All orders are processed and shipped from our facility in South Africa. We aim to get your gear delivered quickly, safely, and reliably.
Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer nationwide shipping across South Africa. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.
Estimated delivery times:
- Major cities: 2–4 business days
- Outlying areas: 3–7 business days
Note: Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or public holidays.
3. Order Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.
Orders placed after 1pm will be processed the next business day. During peak periods or promotions, processing times may be slightly extended.
4. Courier Services
We use reputable courier partners to ensure fast and reliable delivery. Tracking information will be provided via email as soon as your order has been dispatched.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can track your parcel online using the courier’s website.
If you haven’t received your tracking number within 48 hours of placing your order, please contact us at mudtamer@nomadic-innovations.com.
6. Shipping Restrictions
Currently, we only ship within South Africa. If you’re located in a neighbouring country and would like to place an order, please contact us directly to enquire about special arrangements.
7. Delivery Issues
If your parcel is delayed, damaged, or lost in transit:
- Contact us at mudtamer@nomadic-innovations.com with your order number
- Include any courier tracking details if available
- We’ll liaise with the courier on your behalf to resolve the issue as quickly as possible
8. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. Nomadic Innovations is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
